Lavona is amazing !!! I reserved a unit on the phone with Portia, and ended up choosing one that best fits my needs. I changed the size of the unit I wanted to rent and I am extremely happy with my choice. She is very Friendly !

I came in yesterday to move into a second unit with storage post, lavona showed me around and she wowed me with her great personality! I called after I left took the unit right away and today I had some movers help me move in. We were done less than an hour! She continued to offer me a smile and great customer service as she walked around the building to take care of what she needed to do and she was so nice to my movers. Had my first storage unit here over 10 years ago. Chose this facility because it has excellent climate control, clean, and all on ground floor. Regional manager Alex Oates provides excellent help and customer service for account issues.
