But my five-star rating was due to the professionalism - and even more so the courteousness - of the staff, especially Julisa, who was accommodating and cooperative way beyond expectations. The place is also conveniently located, loading docs are easily accessible and the whole experience was very satisfying.

I’ve had several units with them in the past. I recently had to get a new unit. I’ve always received above and beyond customer service which is why I always come back. My recent encounter tops them all! I was assisted by Livan. He provided me with outstanding customer service. He was polite, knowledgeable and also helped me get the right unit for my belongs. I can honestly say within the years of storing my belongings there, Livan is in my top 5 best reps!!! The staff there is always happy, smiling and helpful. Whenever I need help they do their best to rectify the situation. It's always clean and well maintained which is a super dupper plus for me. The store is convenient and close to major highways. I feel safe storing my belongings there because the staff always provide warming welcomes and departures which ensures me that I picked the perfect location.
