I love the experience that I had with Alexandra . She has a great spirit and bubbly personality. She is very knowledgeable about the company as well as the perfect services to meet your needs. With my past experiences with storages being horrible, I am very trusting after her reassurance that I am in good hands. I love her concern for your items as if they were her own. Great company if you are looking for a secure place to keep your personal items while you transition with life.

Anthony customer service was exceptionally pleasing. He was able to resolve my issue, which the problem was caused by an online representative, who misinformed me. Moreover, the information was not explained to me on its entirety, therefore causing confusion. Nonetheless, thanks to Anthony, my issues was resolved and I was able to rent a storage space. Dayna was super supportive and very aware of customer's needs. She gets an A++ Also, the place was VERY clean. It was a pleasure being there. It was easy to pull up to the office .. not super congested.
