Great location for Greenpoint and Williamsburg residents too. Really easy access units. Huge elevators. Plenty of loading docks and loading carts. Early and late access hours. Friendly, helpful and cooperative staff. Competitively priced units. One of the better storage locations in the Brooklyn/ Queens area. Highly recommended.

Dan help me a lot with the check in and showed me how the lock worked. He performed the customer service well . I am guadalupe a customer guest here he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Clean, bright location with helpful staff. I moved from another storage facility and one of the biggest complaints I had with it was the small number of carts that were always locked up so you had to go to their office to get a key which frequently were unavailable. This location has a large amount of unlocked carts. Very pleased.

I have been using Storage Post for about 2 years when they were originally called Metro Storage. Their storage areas are spotless. Also climate controlled. No having to clean it before you store your things. The people that work there are attentive and will address all your storage needs. The security is second to none. Their prices are very reasonable. If your in the Bronx area I would highly recommend Storage Post.
