Shineast is a nice customer service rep. She was very informative about the units I inquired about. She assisted me with documents necessary to get a second unit. This location is pretty clean & organized.

The overall move went pretty well. Staff were very helpful with getting me all set up. My problem however began when I got to my unit. I rented a 10"×10" space, but when I arrived I could immediately tell this was not a 10"×10" space simply because I had just left a 10"×10" space prior to moving here. When I alerted the staff member about it, I was told that he did not know what I could do, because they don't measure the spaces. I continued making my argument, at that point I was told that I had to measure the space and prove that it was not 10"×10". So I did. While I was measuring, another staff member showed up and watched as I measured. It showed that the space is 10"×7" . As I spoke about paying for a 10"×10" space but only getting 10"×7". I was told sarcastically that maybe I should have stayed in the 10"×10" where I was. I did not find that funny at all. Then I was told that this matter would be emailed to the higher ups and someone would get back to me about a reduction in price. I'm still waiting... shortly after posting my review I was contacted by the district manager who was very nice and apologetic concerning my encounter with the staff. She explained that my storage has been reduced because of the dispute in size and assured me that the disrespectful manner in which I was treated, will not be tolerated. I really appreciate the way this situation was dealt with and I am satisfied with the results. Thank you Mylandria...

I wasn’t available to witness the move in person (I’m actually not even sure whether the move has taken place yet), however, Mylandria was the consummate professional so I know that my possessions are in good hands. She walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and left me knowing that I had made the right decision to trust Storage Post with the move. She is simply AWESOME !! My experience today was amazing. I got here at the top of the morning when they open and Tyrone was here punctual as always. Upon entry, he gave me the schematics of all the storage unit and how I could essentially use the storage facility to my advantage and I truly appreciate it. I’m definitely looking forward to my time here at storage post

I have been shopping around looking for storage facilities that best fit my needs, now the price & or rate is a little high especially in comparison to other closer storage places but after i was very well greeted and welcomed by manny, i already made my mind up to choose storage post, manny was able to explain everything in detail to me, prices, size, availability, discounts, easy access, after hour access multiple elevators and security systems etc which also made me understand/aware and make sense of why the prices are what they are, i loved how & what he explained about the call center & how it works which is pretty cool when there is no one available in the office or if it gets too busy with too many customers. i had nowhere near an idea of what size I needed but after I explained what i was storing, manny was able to show me the appropriate size right away, on top of how clean and convenient the facility is the whole experience with manny is what made my mind up officially. Thank you storage post for the great experience in customer service, i am looking forward to storing my belongings with northshore storagepost asap.
