She gave us a thorough walkthrough of the facility, and I was impressed by the size of the elevator—it can fit six cars! This means you can make just one trip to move everything into your storage. The space is clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning to keep it cool. It’s also very quiet and has a beautiful ambiance. As a student using storage for the first time, I was really overwhelmed at first. Carlos was extremely kind and helpful the entire time. He even helped carry my heavy luggage himself. Thanks to him, the whole process felt much easier and less stressful. Really appreciate his kindness and great customer service!

Abraham was incredibly helpful today, I downsized to a smaller unit and he sorted it all out on the same level and prorated the price. Also, sorted out my empty boxes and garbage bags for me. Very kind, so appreciative as it was a very long day and this bit of extra care really helped me out :)

The facility is very clean and organized (my top priority). I booked my storage unit over the phone and when I arrived on my moving day everything was such an easy process. Also...my promotion, rate and payments were accurate with what I was told over the phone. Front desk person was very nice as well. Store here!
