I had to rent a smaller unit as well as the large one I've been using as I had someone coming to help me move, organize & find things. My 1st choice was done over the phone & was wrong so I was able to change to a much better choice for my needs w/o any trouble. When I took my lock home to fix leaving my 1st unit unlocked they placed their own lock on it for security. I hadn"t worried as it seemed very well secured there but it was great that they did that. Employees are very pleasant people.

If you are contemplating between this space and another cheaper space- PLS get this one. Well I’m not being paid for this, my boyfriend and I chose the storage unit because it gives first two months free, our plan was to use the storage unit for two months and then switched to a cheaper one. When we did that- it was an absolute disaster. To keep this review short. This storage location has quality customer service , SMART competent workers, MULTIPLE professional working dollies , a working elevator that can fit said dollies, clean and quiet Environment, fits multiple cars. We left and had a horrible experience at public storage - we came right back! The same day and kept our original storage unit. Sometimes penny pinching isn’t worth it - if you are looking for quality

Clean, well-maintained, modern facilities. But my five-star rating was due to the professionalism - and even more so the courteousness - of the staff, especially Julisa, who was accommodating and cooperative way beyond expectations. The place is also conveniently located, loading docs are easily accessible and the whole experience was very satisfying.

Wow! Great Service! Staff is very friendly and go out of there way to help! I had surgery on my bad leg and spanish guy helped get us carts and patiently showed me how to use my accesss code in the elevators. My storage unit’s lock was faulty and it was so cold today. i bothered him again and he gladly also helped me fix it!! Wish more people were like this!

Management is friendly and accommodating, facilities are in like-new condition, clean, and very user friendly.

Great customer service facility always clean have great rates staff goes the extra mile i use to rent at another storage they had hidden fees and raised rates after move in . Rent storage post no hidden fees and 24 hour security. Im comfirtable that i know my things are sAfe.
