Very easy to book online. The staff was very helpful on arrival and throughout the process. The facilities are very easy to use.

Everyone was beyond courteous making sure I found exactly what I needed. It was also very quick to get all of the paperwork together. Everyone who needs a storage spot should get it at storage post.

I cannot recommend this facility enough. Not only was it organized, clean and easy, but we were treated with the greatest of care by a very personable staff. We worked with 3 individuals at this location - all of which were stellar. Extremely easy process for getting all of our items out of our van and into a storage unit. I stopped-by today to get some information in my quest to obtain a storage unit. Ms. Jessica Santos was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. She is also a great sales representative! Even though one of your competitors offered me a larger unit at less cost, because of her and her great service in explaining the amenities your location provided and offering me a good deal, I ended up renting a unit on the spot and paid for the entire year in advance! I have been involved in the customer service industry at various capacities throughout my professional career and I have always viewed employees such as Ms. Santos as an invaluable asset. It was a pleasure dealing with her. She represented your company well and made a great impression on me. Thank you and congratulations to you and Ms. Santos.
