In my hour of need, Deanna came to my rescue. She proved to be caring, patient and very understanding all the while being very professional. I presently have very poor mobility. Both Deanna and the other manager went above and beyond what's expected of them. From my experience these 2 ladies are definitely assets to your company.

This company is so easy to talk with. I was able to rent completely over the phone and filling out all of the required documents was a breeze. This was such an easy process and the woman I talked to over the phone was so sweet and genuine. I would recommend this place to anyone. Super clean, secure, and cheap.

Great service and clean facility.

I reserved my space with Portia. She was fabulous from the start. Answered all of my questions and got me going. When I arrived to the facility on East 10th Street, I was greeted by Stan. Checking in with him was super easy and he explained everything thoroughly. I was escorted to my unit by Ghandi. He was friendly and kind. He explained hours and elevators to me and answered all of my questions. Everyone I worked with today to reserve my unit was professional and very friendly. They made the process so seamless. THANK YOU!

My Review is for Edyta. Edyta is the friendliest, most professional, caring woman on your staff, ever, bar none. I have been in this location for years and while I’ve come across some nice people, Edyta is the Best. Hands down. She has been supportive, a great listener, very knowledgeable about all things Storage post and each time I speak to her, she is very patient with me. I went through a difficult event and while I was frazzled and overwhelmed, she allowed me explain my situation, gave me the space to express myself, all without judgement. She has no idea how much that meant to me. I was lucky enough to speak to her today again and I made sure to make her aware of the impact her kindness had on me.
