Got an immediate call back from Portia, whose delightfully professional and bubbly personality made me want to come right over. There, I was greeted and helped by Leslie who was the most informed and incredible representative I've ever met. The whole experience makes me proud to be a Storage Post customer. GREAT .. THE REP THAT HELPED ME WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. YOUR LOCATION AS WELL AS THE UNIT ITSELF WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. THE 24 HR ACCESS IS GREAT FOR ALL MY BUSINESS NEEDS. I've been using this storage facility for a few months now, and I gotta say, it's been a lifesaver. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and the place is always clean and well-maintained. Plus, the 24-hour access is clutch when I need to grab something from my unit late at night.
