Had a great experience with Matt, on site manager. Took a look at a couple units. All were clean and the overall property is very well maintained. Ended up renting a 10x20 unit. Got a fair price and I’m very satisfied with the overall experience.

The manager, John, was very helpful and a wonderfully likable person. He made my husband and me feel comfortable using the facility. The premises were clean and easy to maneuver our belongings into the available unit. There are dollies for use and also an elevator.

Your Manager, Anthony is such a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable and friendly all the time - a great employee!!

This was updated to 5 stars since the problem was resolved. Mohammad called personally to resolve the problem . This is good attention to a problem and good service. I am extremely unhappy with the move from Chelsea to LIC. Louis of Prime Moving facilitated this move. He promised to call when the truck would reach LIC he never called or returned my phone calls. I wanted to supervise the way my things would be arranged in this new unit since I wanted certain educational materials in the front where I could reach them.Since Louis never called I have no idea how my things were placed. I am slightly handicapped and am not physically capable of taking everything out of the unit and rearranging it the way I want. I am very upset and disappointed in the way this move was handled. I don't even know the number of the new unit. In addition I was promised the first month would be free. So far have paid for the unit twice. I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE THIS POST: MOHAMMAD FROM STORAGE POST CALLED ME TO OFFER AN APOLOGY . HE ALSO OFFERED TO HAVE SOMEONE HELP ME REARRANGE MY THINGS IN THE UNIT. HE GAVE ME HIS CELL NUMBER TO CALL IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM. THEREFORE I AM UPDATING MY REVIEW TO 5 STARS. FOR HIS ATTENTION TO THIS PROBLEM.
