Portia from Customer Service was amazing in finding me a unit and gave me lots of personal attention! Friendly and extremely efficient! Thalia and Gloria from the location desk were kind and efficient! Recommend totally, A+

I had to rent a smaller unit as well as the large one I've been using as I had someone coming to help me move, organize & find things. My 1st choice was done over the phone & was wrong so I was able to change to a much better choice for my needs w/o any trouble. When I took my lock home to fix leaving my 1st unit unlocked they placed their own lock on it for security. I hadn"t worried as it seemed very well secured there but it was great that they did that. Employees are very pleasant people.

Jessica Sanz was very sweet and professional when I walked into the facility. My father just closed out his account with you guys and he says he had a great experience here. If we ever want to rent a storage place again, you guys will definitely see us again.

Santana was very friendly and accommodating to my needs; helped me move on short notice and very specific in detail and knowledgeable of facility. Great amenities and she put me right next to the elevator ️
