Mortimer was the gentlemen that helped us today! We booked mainly based on our experience with him. He was professional and personable and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The establishment is clean and well lit and accessible. But the customer service is where they won me and my wife over. Highly recommended.

I walk pass this place, almost everyday, I needed storage and Ian went above and beyond to help me get a storage room that would fit my things at a great rate, place is very clean and the have cameras everywhere, even another customer that Ian was helping also said this place is great. I DO RECOMMEND Honore Storage at 3215 W. Lawrence and make sure you ask for Ian
