Nice service

The woman who showed me the space we rented was nice and patient. The space itself was a good size, affordable and near the elevator which is a plus. However I learned the hard way that once you decide to rent a space you must bring your lock in during their office hours so they could take there lock off and put your lock on. This process does make sense but I have never rented a storage space before and I just thought once I purchase it they will take their lock off automatically. The woman who i signed up with should have mentioned that small detail to me so that I wouldn't have came to move all my stuff in at night, just to discover I can't because it's locked. Also when we finally got the Locks switched the space was extremely dusty and dirty. My fiancé was disgusted and had to clean it himself.

I've used Storage Post before. Even through the expansion and renovation of their units they had great customer service, please and extended themselves to accommodate the customers. Even as I experienced difficulties they were there. The place is clean and quiet. Their location has had surrounding improvements and it is conveniently located, surrounded by stores and transportation. (One worker even stood in the rain waiting for keys apologizing that they were not open on time. About 11am they opened.) I even argued and became irate about a circumstance but your worker remained calm and relaxed and walked me through the confusion. (I had to apologize and really thank the person) A great team of people working there. Thank you!

My experience was mostly great. My only complaint is that there aren't any ramps in the place, which made it difficult to maneuver dollies and hand trucks. Thst makes no sense!!

Clean place ??, just that with this covid-19 they don't even have a bottle of water to offer. Good access for drive with semi truck

This storage place is Centrally located in Little Havana and offers 24 hour access. You can go online to lock your rate and storage size in before actually visiting the office. The staff is very informative as well as congenial when it comes to your personal needs/concerns. Very clean and directly on two main bus (#7, #12) lines and Stadium trolley. A very pleasant place to store your belongings. Tell them Jay sent you.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean. The frieght elevator for non-commercial clients was out so had to go down to other elevators is only reason I gave 4 ?

Need have at the desk and other to go to storage spot if need to go

There is no 24 hr access here, but you ask for extended hours and they give you until 10pm. There is always one person working. Clean, the guy was nice. Don't come here thinking you getting 24 hr access.
