I cannot recommend this facility enough. Not only was it organized, clean and easy, but we were treated with the greatest of care by a very personable staff. We worked with 3 individuals at this location - all of which were stellar. Extremely easy process for getting all of our items out of our van and into a storage unit. The staff helped us pick the right size for our needs, and I appreciated them providing options without pressure. Huge shout out to all the staff there (Carmen and team!!) So grateful for all the help and kindness.

I love the unit. The move in was fine. It was a bit difficult to utilize the long carts. Any hopes of getting smaller ones? Either way, thanks SP!

So I had personal difficulties getting proper info and insurance required to get a discount. But I have never met anyone in costumer service who is as understanding, patient and calm as Manny. This guy has the nerves of steel. Truly an amazing ️ experience ( and a personal lesson in patience and understanding). I don't even care if the price goes up. If this guy is there, he alpne is worth extra dollars lol. Manny went above and beyond.

When I came in there was 4 people ahead of me, but even with that being said, I was greeted professionally and attentively by Manny, he was able to take all of us strangers on a tour of the facility, he showed us the intercoms, the kiosk, a lot of elevators, a lot of cameras, spacious loading bays, a lot of moving supplies, I love the $50 referral promo and multiple ways to pay (you guys do need Apple Pay, tap your credit card etc) manny took care of us all accordingly, we told him exactly what we were storing and he was able to get the exact size on the first shot. He was funny and entertaining. He is unique in customer service and represented the company very well on what it has to offer. I’m happy I chose storage post.

After 2 years and 9 months we decided we needed a larger storage unit. So off we went to Storage post. We rented a 10x20 unit and with a lot of help moved and organized in three hours. Staff at Storage Post were wonderful both Al and Matt, and I thank them both
