One thing about this line of business regarding storage units is that it is very cut throat. No transparency. Too many establishments want your money and raise rates without a legit reason. Myself and my Girlfriend came in to Storage post this afternoon to purchase a unit for storage. We were helped by Stan. Upon entry, Stan has been absolutely hospitable and professional. Answering questions and telling us what to expecting now and in the future. He also showed us an available storage and allowed us to discuss if we wanted it. The absolute definition on honesty and transparency. He cared about our business and our needs. Also treated our daughter kindly. I can not wait to begin brining all of my items over from a rival company and be closer to home. Amazing price, amazing staff and most importantly, HONESTY. Thank you immensely Stan.

Edited: 01.07.24 Nice, new, clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. So why one star? Their website said that they accommodate 24 hour access requests, and that was the reason why I chose this location. After signing up, I requested that we initiate the process for 24 hour access, and at first I was told to write an email on my company letterhead and I’ll likely get approved…an hour later I get a call from the rep, and they stated that “management (suddenly) changed their policy”. It’s a bit disappointing that I cannot receive the service I was expecting, as I have a business that requires short notice travel…if I get a call at 10pm asking me to take a flight the next morning at 6am, then I will have no access to my gear, which means I’ll need to turn down work. The staff is still a highlight, though. UPDATE: Management reached out to me and gave me an opportunity to explain my situation, and they worked with me to accommodate my needs. I honestly wasn’t expecting to get anything out of my previous review, so it came as a surprise to me when management contacted me and offered me a solution. The customer service at this facility is absolutely amazing, and I cannot be any more grateful.

I'm very stressed and going yet..another trying time in my life for me and my little girls....and right now...I just needed one piece of something secure ....and they gave me that And also a very good and understanding price due to my circumstances ....
