No need to look over your shoulder in our facility, because we’ll be doing it for you. We have 24/7/365 security surveillance cameras. Both you and your possessions will be safe and sound while in our facility.
You can have access to your unit any time you want, day or night, weekend or holiday. Even when our office is closed, your unit is available to you.
All our hallways have bright, motion-activated lighting to ensure you can see what you are doing (and our cameras can, too!)
Digital Security System
Our digital security system ensures that only people with individual access codes can access the gate, the elevator and their unit. We monitor who comes and goes and keep a complete record.
Fenced and Gated
Our facility is completely fenced in and gated, and if you don’t have an access code, you cannot enter. It’s another way to keep you and your possessions safe while you use the self-storage facility.
You don’t have to schlep boxes up a bunch of stairs. You can use our elevator worry-free, because only authorized people with access codes can use it. And our cameras have eyes on you anyway.
Convenient Drive-Up Units
If you’re keeping your boat, RV or snow toys in the unit, you want to be able to load and go. Drive-up units give you easy access.
Elevated Loading Platforms
You can drive right up to the ground-level units to make access even simpler. We also have elevated loading platforms that let you walk out of the truck and onto the platform. Easy-peasy.
Indoor Covered Loading Areas
Weather is going to happen, especially on Long Island when it sometimes seems like you’ll get all four seasons at once. We offer covered loading areas to keep you and your possessions dry while you move in or out.
Call Boxes and Intercoms and Unit Alarms
We have alarms on the doors of the units, so only the person with the access code can enter without alerting everyone around them. We also have call boxes and intercoms so you can contact the office without leaving your unit. (Of course, the intercom will only help you during office hours.)

Stuck moving while the game is on? We’ve got you covered with free Wi-Fi so you can check the scores.

What’s it Like in Lawrence, New York?
Lawrence is located in Nassau County on Long Island, in the southwest corner of the Town of Hempstead. It is bordered by the New York City borough of Queens to the west and near the Atlantic Ocean to the south.
Lawrence Rock Hall pre-dates the American Revolutionary War, and was the home of prominent families the Hewletts and the Martins (at different times…) and is currently a museum.
Lawrence was a favorite beach destination in the latter half of the nineteenth century, until a series of hurricanes and nor’easters changed the coastline, wiped out a beachfront hotel and pretty much ended the whole beach destination thing.
The summer residents of the rich and famous were located in what became known as “Back Lawrence,” and many are still standing.
Lawrence is considered one of the best neighborhoods to retire in on Long Island. Niche gives it an overall A- rating, with high marks for health and fitness, outdoor activities and good for families.
It’s median home value is $926,600 and most people own their homes. A full 39% of residents have a master’s degree or higher, so this is a smart bunch of people.
Lawrence is technically a village, and takes its parking pretty seriously. Unless you have a permit issued by the Village of Lawrence, no one is allowed to park on the street from 3 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. at any time. (Guess night owls have to drive around for a couple of hours.)
The rest of the time, you are only permitted to park for two hours at a time and then you gotta move.
If you’re killing time between 3 a.m. and 5am, remember that you can access your self-storage unit at any time day or night, and we have onsite parking.
Why Storage Post?
We know our Back Lawrence from our Lawrence (Front Lawrence? Safety and Security
We have motion-activated lights and cameras to catch all the action. We also have a digital security system that must be entered at the gate to the parking lot, the entrance of the storage area and units, and on the elevators, to make sure no unauthorized people are on the premises. We also offer self-storage with unit alarms.
Spic and Span
No freeloaders allowed, and that includes critters and creepy crawlies. We work really hard to make sure our units are clean and safe and free from critters and other unwanted guests.
