I really like this storage facility**and Nicole the employee is an amazing person hardworking person every time you do need help she's always there to help you or if she don't have an answer for you she will call somebody and get an answer for you if you have any questions about anything .BUT**there's a lot of things that bothered me the number one thing is that doesn't have a bathroom so when the office does close you have no bathroom to go to*** second thing is when you go up to the second and third floor it feels like an oven this is supposed to be controlled where you can feel the air conditioner what I feel is pure heat and then the crazy insane thing is that I can never find any carts but like I said the number one thing that really drives me insane is I can't even be in my storage unit not even for 10 minutes without feeling like I'm going to pass out because instead of it being cold it feels like 100° up there the other thing that bothered me was my payment was not due on the storage unit and one of the employees that was from New York or tall lady that kept saying that she's a district manager or something I've never seen this lady a day in my life and she ended up locking me out of my unit when it wasn't time to be locked I had still had one day before the payment was due and she really locked me out I had to show her on the keypad hey listen I still have access to my storage unit like why are you locking me out and she kept arguing with me until I proved her wrong and then at the end she noticed that she was wrong and ended up taking the lock off and then told me tomorrow the lock will be back on like I already know this I've been here long enough I told her but I did not like that like why would you lock me out of a storage unit if it's not even do yet I don't understand I was so frustrated

Excellent Customer Service, the place is clean and very organized.

The staff there is always happy, smiling and helpful. Whenever I need help they do their best to rectify the situation. It's always clean and well maintained which is a supper dupper plus for me. The store is convenient and close to major highways. I feel safe storing my belongings there because the staff always provide warming welcomes and departures which ensures me that I picked the perfect location.

Jessica is a friendly staff member at this location. As a student worker for Loyola we are constantly going in and out of the storage facility and Jessica taught us a few tricks to make it easier to do so.

Great service - the manager was SO helpful and friendly, even though I arrived after the office was supposed do be closed for the day. Friendly staff, clean facility, Happy to be storing my belongings there!
