Storage Post has clean climate controlled units, great deals, and a great area to pull up a truck or car for easy load and unload. The staff is so patient and helpful! Alberto helped me show me the lockers, upsize my unit, grab a lock, and was so patient and kind considering I’d gotten there at the very end of the day after a long roadtrip to the city. He really is a remarkable advocate for the business and NYC as a whole.

So far so good. I acquired my unit online. When I went into the rental office the lady at the front desk asked for my patience because she was new to the position. I didn't mind waiting because I arrived 20 minutes before their closing time. She was so kind and concerned that I got what I wanted( I didn't know my unit would be upstairs). She assured me if any unit downstairs would become available that she notify me immediately and I could change. During these times when everything and everyone is trying to get a sense of normalcy, it is comforting to encounter anyone that has a welcoming and doesn't mind putting in extra work attitude.

Good morning everyone.. I just wanted to say that storage post on Fordham rd is the best in NYC and that's my opinion . I was having trouble paying for my unit and the director Alex was able to fix the problem for me.. Mr. Alex is the perfect example of a PROFESSIONAL business man who cares for his customers and Ms Gloria is a perfect example of a PROFESSIONAL worker who also cares about her customers and their units.. thank you guy's for your professionalism and for your help ..

Storage Post is always kept very clean . They are very helpful . They are always there to help me if I need any assistance. I am a long time customer at Storage Post. They accept packages for me . The employees are all very friendly.

A great rental experience. Facility is brand new with a good location and before/after office-hours access to the rental units. Manny was very helpful throughout the process which was quick and easy. He has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable about the facility. Manny, "like the boxer," can't be beat!

Anna has been nothing but amazing she is a blessing I see her in here day after say busting down the floors cleaning she is the only one I've seen get on her knees to pull weeds she tries to keep it clean and respectful towards anyone her smile is like sunshine soon as you walk in the positive attitude makes this place better and she is always willing to go above and beyond
