Wow! Great Service! Staff is very friendly and go out of there way to help! I had surgery on my bad leg and spanish guy helped get us carts and patiently showed me how to use my accesss code in the elevators. My storage unit’s lock was faulty and it was so cold today. i bothered him again and he gladly also helped me fix it!! Wish more people were like this!

Edilee is a great representative of this organization. She has great people skills and was extremely helpful to my needs and physically accommodated me in every way possible. I was greeted by Kendra and Hector who were so pleasant to speak to, unlike people at all the other local storage facilities around. I originally came in looking for boxes to help my mother move into her new place and I asked them about information for a storage space. Not only did they give me information but they showed me a couple of the storage units, instead of being dismissive. This tiny bit of extra attention ultimately is what made me become a long term customer.
