The Storage Manager Ozzie is so knowledgeable, helpful and sympathetic towards customers. He understood when I told him that I had reached my limit with the unit room and needed to clean it out before my next months bill date arrives. With each day that passed, he patiently checked up on my progress of moving things out of my unit before I finally succeeded in cleaning out my entire unit.

Ozzie is absolutely stellar! I had to do a unit upgrade today and he was extremely patient. It was extremely busy today but at no point did he make me feel like I was being rushed along. He thoroughly explained all of my options and did so with a smile. Thanks, Ozzie!

Storage Post is the best . Most cost effective compared to the others. And the management is extremely professional, curious, helpful and very understanding in all situations. I was in a crunch for time, and Devin was most helpful, and understanding. We got things done in a way that was comfortable for me. I have nothing but good things to say about Storage Post.
