The Jersey City location is one of the best ever. I’ve done business with Uhaul over 20 years and I have to admit the service has improved dramatically!!! I just booked a storage room to store some possessions while I am moving. Alexandra C. in the New Rochelle facility was incredibly knowledgable and polite. She really knew her stuff, and helped me in making the best choice consider my space needs and pricing.

( Unit 317) I came to the New Rochelle storage post on Saturday first and foremost there was so much commotion going on and the young lady Ashley handle it so well !!!! I actually offered to buy her lunch because I felt so bad for her LOL she gave us a small tour showed us how to access the building after hours in detail , the facility smelled so clean and looked clean as well !! I definitely would recommend this location!! Thank you Ashley !!

I have 3 units here !! Ashley is always willing to help out even with my ridiculous request.She is BEYOND friendly a huge peoples person. The building is very clean and smells nice Ashley is always cleaning the facility I always tell her to take a break because she works too hard everyday Thank You Ash your hard work is always appreciated !!

What can I say? This site is a great site and I've had no problems since I've been storing here. The Manager Ozzie is always on top of things and very helpful when I am need of services. Thumbs up to Ozzie!

I have just moved my stuff to Storage Post on Grand Ave from Treasure Island on Tillary st because they are closing permenantly. I am very happy with this move because Storage Post is a hidden gem, this is my first time to know about Storage Post.I had a great experience from booking my room by phone until I moved in. Now I love everything about Storage Post specially the nice and friendly staff not to mention their fully automated services accessing the building to paying your monthly bill online. Forgot to mention the sqweeky clean building and storage rooms.
