This storage facility is currently under new management. Now called Storage Post. I've been renting 3 spaces for a while. My only issue was with the insurance company that I was using. But, they are not directly connected with the storage facility. I wanted to change one of my spaces to something larger. Robert the new office manager has been very helpful during the transition. He has followed up and kept me up to date. He is definitely an asset to the company. Their online representative named Portia is also a gem. She took my needs to heart and went out of her way to answer questions and couldn't have been nicer. Some of the best customer service that I've experienced in a long time.
