Although I was upset someone broke into my locker & stole all of my esthetician equipment/household materials. I have to mention the exceptional customer service I was able to recieve from the new management. There was a guy walking around making Sure he was monitoring the facility as well as the guy at the front desk who helped me with an insurance claim+ a new lock. I wanted to thank you personally for being attentive, alert and on top of business. As soon as I mentioned an issue with my old lock he took the steps to drill it off for me free of charge. I appreciate you all caring about my items and explaining what happened! I was having a terrible day after finding the unfortunate events and the staff remained calmed and didn't trigger an even further attitude.
