Not only is he so patient, and understanding, but he's especially the right person for the job! Max, is knowledgeable and great, at what he brings to the table. His demeanor is right on point! when it comes to customer service! (Great Customer Service) Max deserves to be acknowledged for his wonderful contributions to your company. He's definitely a keeper.
