It was a great experience. Maria was very detailed with explaining everything and she was very courteous and patient with me. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Also the facility is well kept so no worries about rodents or other visitors.

Every now and then, one comes across someone whose customer service is way beyond the norm, one who, if I owned a business, I would try to hire immediately. I have several storage units at the River Road location, and Brandon had been one of those people who excel in every aspect of their work. Give that man a raise!! It is very easy to reserve a storage unit rental. Nancy & Amanda are super helpful. Clean and tidy facility, friendly staff, and cheaper prices over other places. We are very happy to have found this Kenner storage location. Beautiful and professional.
