It was a great experience. Maria was very detailed with explaining everything and she was very courteous and patient with me. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Also the facility is well kept so no worries about rodents or other visitors.

Every now and then, one comes across someone whose customer service is way beyond the norm, one who, if I owned a business, I would try to hire immediately. I have several storage units at the River Road location, and Brandon had been one of those people who excel in every aspect of their work. Give that man a raise!! I have used storage units for a variety of reasons over the years. This was my first time using Storage Post, and I must say Brandon was amazing and has earned my business for the long term. He is very welcoming and professional. He also guides you into making a decision that fits your situation the best. 5 stars is an understatement.

It is very easy to reserve a storage unit rental. Nancy & Amanda are super helpful. Clean and tidy facility, friendly staff, and cheaper prices over other places. We are very happy to have found this Kenner storage location. Beautiful and professional.

I stored my RV in their exterior storage lot for almost 2 years. I cannot say enough how kind and helpful everyone at the Storage Post was EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. They would answer my questions promptly, would confirm my payment both over the phone as well as via email to give me peace of mind and went above and beyond to help get my claims adjuster to my slip after Hurricane Ida ravaged the area. I would recommend the St Rose storage post 10 out of 10 times to anyone looking for a unit or space to store a trailer.
