I also love the convenience of climate-controlled units, online bill pay, and daily access—it makes everything so easy. They even have moving supplies on hand, which saved me a trip. It was a great experience. Maria was very detailed with explaining everything and she was very courteous and patient with me. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Also the facility is well kept so no worries about rodents or other visitors.

Every now and then, one comes across someone whose customer service is way beyond the norm, one who, if I owned a business, I would try to hire immediately. I have several storage units at the River Road location, and Brandon had been one of those people who excel in every aspect of their work. Give that man a raise!!
