I've had a unit at River Road Storage Post since 2008. The service there has always been impeccable -- helpful, competent and kind -- in short, humane -- a rarity these days. I've never had a problem with the unit's security or any kind of infestation by bugs. The facility is kept clean. I highly recommend. I heartily second and third (if that's possible!) the service that Brandon provides and agree that management should give him a raise and understand what an asset he is to the company.

I needed a storage close to my location and spacious enough for my belongings. The staff there was soooo helpful! They made sure I had what I needed to make my time at the storage easy. Mr Brandon spoke very clearly and was extremely patient. I thank him and the maintenance man for their assistance. I would be there again if need be.

I have been with the storage for over a year. All the staff are excellent, this is the cleanest facility I ever been at, I rent several units at this one. I have easy access to , never had any problems over here and ahas great security system and secured gate. I feel safe that my stuff is being stored here. Maria is usually one who I see in the office very sweet and polite. She always has a positive attitude. She goes out of her way I got locked out my storage and usually they unlock at the end of the day after payment. She had checked and unlocked it before the day ended so I didn’t have to come back. Rick is the Main man he is the manager. Who is another one always polite goes out of his way to help you out works with you. He has positive attitude never had a problem. The maintenance man here is also awesome like I said this is the nicest colitis staff that I ever seen in a company I would highly recommend it to rent at this location.

I can't believe I was so stupid to be paying $120 more per month at a storage facility on Carrollton, that was much more rude, dangerous, inconvenient and many more negatives. This River Road facility I just moved to is terrific and such an improvement. The counter lady who helped me complete the final paperwork and move in was simply wonderful, I saved myself over $1400 per year in kind of an impulsive move, but I'm sure glad I did it.

This is was my first time purchasing a storage unit . The gentleman (Brandon) that assisted me was very helpful with walking me thru the process. Great attribute to the Team!
