Brandon Adams was extremely helpful getting me settled into my new unit and was able to answer all of my questions and give suggestions about the moving process in general. would definitely recommend

Brandon was very helpful! We were trying to clear out a storage unit, but misplaced the key. He was able to help us in a fast manner. It was a breeze! I was working with an elderly woman that could not remember where she'd placed her keys. THANKFULLY, Brandon was able to open the storage unit with no hesitation. He was willing to go above and beyond for us.

Staff was very friendly, unit was clean. Only downside is that I can only get to my unit during business hours, but I knew that going in! So far so good!!!

Took the time to fill out all the unnecessary paper work online. Paid by credit card and two days later when I went to check in I had to do it all over again. So do yourself a favor and don't do anything online. Just show up and expect to spend about 25 minutes fooling with paperwork. The access code you get online isn't right either. As far as the unit goes It's pitch dark you can't see anything inside. I'm on the second floor. It was kind of dirty in the hallway. I haven't put anything in it yet because I'm not sure this is going to work out for me. I don't like the ramp to load and unload on the second floor. The young lady at the desk was as nice as she could be. It's not her fault this place isn't really set up right. I might try to get on the first floor and perhaps that will solve my issues. I'll update this review if that happens. Update: Storage Post has transferred me to a first floor unit which fixes the issue I had with the ramp. Once again Maria at the front desk was very helpful. They were very fast to respond to this.

Upon check in, service was fast. I hadn't reluzes it was a upstairs unit. Just a inconvenient surprise. Overall, a thumbs-up
