I actually accidentally came to this facility but had reservations for another. I stayed because of how phenomenal the service was. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced better customer service in my life. The staff gave a tour, explained what would and would not fit, and were just a joy to interact with. Even though the price was more than my original location, I had to do my business here because running into the staff would always be enjoyable.

I have the pleasure of renting at this facility and am truly impressed with the customer service that I've received to date. Jessica has gone above and beyond to help me find the right storage units (I was on a time crunch and needed a few units ASAP). Since then, I've recommended everyone in my family to store their things at this particular location. The facility is huge and has a loading dock in the back. Access is spot on at 6AM, which was amazing during my move. I'm not sure what else you can ask for in a storage facility. Clean units, amazing customer service, and easily accessible in the early morning and late evenings. I've rented a storage unit from several different companies over the years, and Storage Post in Lawrence is by far the best. The facility is clean, secure, and well-lit, and the staff is always willing to help. The 24-hour access is also a huge plus.
