i rented a unit for several months never had any issues kayla a worker in the linden location was very helpful when it came time to close out my unit she helped me several times when i had any questions pertaining to my unit. she is always positive and smiling and always ask how some one is doing i love good customer service and she does far above that. she is what good customer service is all about and very good at multi tasking

Excelente Servicio! This place was nice but was always dirty and staff was kind of rude. Lately there have been some nice changes. The building is clean, smells good and finally we can get parking. Also I see new staff who is very friendly y hablan en espanol! Jose gave us a tour, showed us several units and got us in and out in less than 30 minutes! I will recommend to my friends and family for sure!

My experience was very wonderful I had same day service the process was very simple Carlos was excellent very professional. I also liked that it's easy access the elevator was rite where I needed to be clost to my unit very excited haven chosen this location very satisfied customer.

I’ve been a member since 2017 and I can honestly say I’ve had a wonderful experience thus far! Gloria is wonderful as is the rest of the staff!! They are just great and trustworthy. Excellent service and great prices! My valuables are kept safe at all times. I have never had an inconvenience. Will highly recommend to anyone!!!

The Best. They actually will answer your phone calls deal with you with tons of competency. I lost the key to my lock and they cut it for free, no charge, unbelievable. Highly recommend them. 24/7 access and great customer service
