Clean, heated, great staff

I live in Seattle but I have had the same Long Island storage post unit for 8 years. The price for the unit is 1/3 less than Seattle area units but Long Island sp is light years better than anything available her in Seattle. The staff are EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this location for storage. Excellent service, friendly staff and great pricing for all my storage needs. Jessica, Carlos and the entire staff are professional, efficient and are available to my company whenever I need storage space.

We live about two blocks from here, and this location was super convenient for us. Tristan and Nakiya were extremely helpful, professional, kind, and informative as we quickly walked in, asked to see the unit sizes, decided on a unit, and finalize a rental within 20 minutes. I can’t recommend them enough. The building is bomb-proof, fire-proof, flood-proof, and very charming. The move-in seems very simple no matter if you have a vehicle or are just bringing boxes by hand. While they are working on updating the elevators, we look forward to much-expanded self-service hours. The police precinct and the fire department are a block away and we feel super secure that our belongings will be safe and secure here. The other options are Uhaul and Self-Storage, which are significantly farther from us, and offer no better service. Ask for Tristan or Nakiya!
