Poor communication between customer service number in real life sraff

What a breeze! Alex at the Storage Post in Yonkers was very helpful and took time to find the right unit for me. The facility was very clean and I like tha secruity.

The most friendliest staff in person or on the phone, great prices on storage rooms and they appreciate their customers. During this covid19 breakout they are working with thier renters and not even charging any late fees and taking partial payment to help ppl out so they wont lose their valuables

It is a convenient storage place. I've had it about 7yrs now. But its time to get rid of everything.

The workers in the storage place are awesome,patient and understanding. Now the workers that you have to reserve online are inconsiderate and just after your money

Only issue is lack of parking maneuvering space.

I'm giving this place four stars because it's so darn creepy and yet so awesome. It might be by a metal scrap yard, down a dead end street, across the tracks from the metro north, and generally shady (abandoned delivery trucks, also saw a random clown service), but storage here is half of what you pay at Manhattan mini and they have the most flexible access hours.

Nice clean facility. The 5x5 is not actually 5x5, but 4x4...not certain if they made an error on our booking.

The whole place has like a higher first floor level than street level. There is a ramp to go up with item, so if you are coming with an extra heavy item like refrigerator etc be prepared.. also the light sensors inside are annoying, never sense you right to go on. And the worse part the stupid door in the entrance not the main car entrance but the one you use to go in the building you need to add your code every time to go in with items bruh!! It’s annoying , they should last longer or just open and close without passcode anyway everyone of storage units are locked and there is a door to enter the property with the cars, and there is a column to go inside it will prevent you from moving long items like a stacked dryer and washer or anything over 6.5 feet .
