The gentlemen working when I registered as well as when I moved my items in was extremely patient and knowledgable about what would be the easiest way to store my items in which size unit. He sold me on a storage size that was a bit wider and that made it for a much easier move. The woman on the customer service line that originally signed me up was also very patient and thorough in her explanation of the terms of the rental and very kind and pleasant which made for a much more smooth process especially when packing and moving can be very stressful. I give the man at the storage unit 10 stars if I could. He was very patient and helpful. Thank you.

My experience has been top notch at this facility. Speaking with Porsha to secure the unit on the phone and dealing with Anthony at the Setauket location has been a pleasure and smooth experience. Both were very transparent about ALL the costs and details of the rental. It ends up being the same price in the end as all other facilities that post cheaper prices but hidden costs they don't tell you about. I'm so happy I secured a unit here. Very clean property and Anthony takes pride in his work.
