Great location in the middle of all major highways making an easy access point for your belongings. Some of the evening staff are very unprofessional and very rude.

Excellent facility management is top-notch accessibility is great but minus a star for all the chipped paint falling on all my stuff consistently as seen in this photo. You don’t even have to touch it for it to fall all over your items. Make sure your unit does not have this

So far, my experience has been good. The only thing I would recommend is making sure you have insurance for your belongings. In case your storage unit develops a leak or there is any unexpected damage, you’ll be protected. It’s better to be prepared for situations like that.

Everything appears to be good with the storage space. But, the reservation wasn't clear that it was not climate controlled and a $15 admin fee on top of that.

I wanted to rent a storage unit and the first month was free with a $35 administration fee. I decided the next day that I didn't want the unit. They gave me an issue with receiving a refund. They avoided dealing with me for 2 weeks. It wasn't until I made a review that they gave me a refund.
