Reinaldo was amazing! He's extremely helpful, courteous and wonderful to work with. He took the time to show me several units and explain the process of renting. He didn't rush me and answered all my questions. Opening up a new storage unit took no time at all and was an easy & seamless experience. I'd definitely recommend Storage Post (and Reinaldo)!!

This is the best Storage Post location. It’s clean and convenient. The manager here is a kind, brilliant, and very helpful guy named Manny. It is nice to have someone welcoming and helpful there on one of the worst days of your New York City life: The moving day :)

Manny from start to finish provided the best services i ever received in any type of customer service, it’s unique how he is able to talk and make you feel comfortable with his attentiveness, it’s like ive known him for years. He is Funny, welcoming, professional, well mannered, respectful, assertive. I have one storage unit already and just rented another and just like when i rented my first unit last year he represented this company so well, all the cameras, multiple elevators, kiosk and amazing access hours that is so convenient for my business. I don’t really like leaving reviews but i had to for manny based off how satisfied i always am with him, but when i went to start leaving this review and read all the others experiences with manny there is no way they are lying, i agree with everything anyone has ever said positive about manny and how he take care of his customers. The way he knows this building is as if it’s his second home lol he told me that it’s like his second home lol anyways manny don’t change for the world, thank you storage post for the security in knowing I’ll be secured well with storing with you guys. I agree with the first review. Great facility,great service and affordable storage. Definitely see Carlos he is great. He gave me a great deal on my storage unit and gave me the storage that I needed, he really runs a great operation. You wont find a better storage facility in the area.
