I've been storing my stuff at Storage Post for about 2 years now and have always received great customer service. Edyta was the person that assited me with my 1st storage spot and I remember she had answers to all my questions while being pleasant and professional. And, believe me, I had many questions at the time. Haha. Another person that has been extremely helpful and very professional is Maria. She helped a lot when I had to transfer my belongings from one spot to another in the same building. Once again, I had many questions and she was always very nice and patient with me. It took me a while to finally make the transfer happen and when I was ready so was Maria! She happens to always be there when I go to handle my monthly payment in person and never fails to provide excellent customer service.

Stuff is very helpfull. The man who is in the office showed me everything around and he was very nice. Highly recommended. Units are clean.

My experience at Bell Tower was always pleasant, Brent was awesome and always a big help, I had my unit for 2 years and never had any issues, I only wish they had Sunday hrs, but it was not a major problem, if I ever need the need for storage again I will return....

Definitely a gem in Jersey City. We rented 3 units. Each encounter with no issues. I cannot think of anything negative about this Storage Post. Staff is courteous, the space is clean, entry space is huge, location is great off of truck route 1-9. I guess my only issue is hours of access (can't enter before 6am or after 8pm), but I assume that's a legal thing. Would definitely recommend.
