I came at closing and employee Dandre Mckoy was very helpful by accommodation me with making a payment on my bill . Thank god he wasn't closed because i would have caught a late charge on my bill

However, Mylandria, the regional manager, called this morning with a resolution that accommodates my access needs. So thank you for taking the initiative and reaching out. Awesome!!!!! Kevin was my more storage specialist and he was beyond fantastic. He explained everything to me, was very helpful, courteous and polite. He also gave me a great deal and made my experience easy and a smooth transition. Im glad I chose to come to this location for excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!! GREAT GREAT GREAT JOB!!!!

Kudos on a perfectly secure and immaculately clean facility here in Jersey City. Even better kudos to the manager on site there on my latest opportunity to rent yet another storage unit. Manager Andrew Nelson was super efficient and courteous throughout; helping me select the best unit for my needs, quickly completing any and all paperwork very quickly and accurately. I'm pleased to be a satisfied customer. Great staff and site!

Great deals compare to others.great to get there with transportation. 20 minutes from Manhattan with metro north.3 times cheaper.
