Easy check-in, the employee who made my check-in was super professional and made sure I was aware of all the rules and details about my lease. The place is clean and they make it convenient to move your stuff around with big carts, parking spots and elevators. The place looks secure as well.

Am super grateful for Romulus, Kimberly and Carmen’s help at the storage post. Am always moving and needed a storage unit. They all answered any questions I had and quick and efficiently got me the best unit most suitable

Great customer service and a great team all around at this location. Carmen was especially good to work with. Storage Post also has clear customer service support from the 800 number facilitating this location. Very helpful staff! Hours are limited if you don’t have a business with an LLC etc., so get clued into what the location’s hours and access limitations are.
