Before coming here, I went to four other places and wasn’t feeling the vibe. This place was a little busy when I came but still they took good care of me, and had the best prices around. AND they got a parking lot so you can pull right in and use the indoor bay. They even escorted me to the unit! The other place let me find it on my own, and then wanted to charge me for the “gift bag” in my paid unit with a lock inside after I bought a lock. They threatened to cancel my contract so I said forget it, cancel my contract now and gimme a refund. I paid debit, and had to wait ten days for a refund. They didn’t give me a receipt either. Awful. Post was the BEST option and I’m glad I followed my gut to find them.

The young man by the name Dondre at the desk was very helpful and understanding to everything. His bright smile and friendly demeanor made my experience more comforting.

I’ve been using this storage facility for almost two years for my personal and business purposes. I’m very satisfied with staff,they are helpful professional and friendly. Fred the manager is very courteous,always there to help and answer all questions. Once I closed one unit and after closing I have received some packages so month or two after I went to get the new unit and they kept and held my packages for me. They definitely deserve 5 starts.

I had an amazing experience at storage post. The manager Fred was truely thoughtful and caring about my needs. I went to 6 different companies today and this place is by far the best. 24 hour access, promotion deals for up to 2 month free on certain units and very clean and functioning facilities. Just opened a new unit here and it was a very smooth transaction. Kelvin was very helpful. Even though he was the only person working, I didn’t feel rushed and he even showed me another unit just to make me feel more comfortable with the unit.
