Kimberly and team were excellent

Everybody was extremely helpful. We got stuck at work, and our access ended at 7 PM. Carmen stayed after the office was supposed to close at 6:00PM for maybe 20 to 30 minutes to help me get everything sorted so that we could get into the unit today, when we rented our UHaul. I’ve rented tons of storage units in my life, between cities and college towns, and this experience was amazing. The whole facility is spotless, and I cant emphasize the extent to which they saved us when we mixed up the reservation. I would expect storage in New York City to be difficult and a tremendous hassle but this facility made it easy & took loads of stress away!

The manager Abraham was very helpful very polite and professional answered all my questions showed me the different size units with no problem very courteous I recommend this facility to everyone I would give it a 100 star rating but I'm only allowed 5 stars

Well attended to and expeditiously received my storage space. No issues, smooth and hassle-free. Staff members are courteous and great representatives!! Abraham explained all the do’s and dont’s and treated me well!!!

Before coming here, I went to four other places and wasn’t feeling the vibe. This place was a little busy when I came but still they took good care of me, and had the best prices around. AND they got a parking lot so you can pull right in and use the indoor bay. They even escorted me to the unit! The other place let me find it on my own, and then wanted to charge me for the “gift bag” in my paid unit with a lock inside after I bought a lock. They threatened to cancel my contract so I said forget it, cancel my contract now and gimme a refund. I paid debit, and had to wait ten days for a refund. They didn’t give me a receipt either. Awful. Post was the BEST option and I’m glad I followed my gut to find them.

The young man by the name Dondre at the desk was very helpful and understanding to everything. His bright smile and friendly demeanor made my experience more comforting.
