The team for today was super friendly and attentive. This was my first time at a storage facility and Duane made my dog Luna and I feel like VIPs. He also provided treats for her and she loves them!!! Thank You!

From the beginning of the online lookup, I received a call from Customer Care Porsha asking if I needed help with my check in. Right away I was completely comfortable and felt seen and appreciated. As for my physical check in I was greeted with the amazing feeling of being able to walk through the reservation without being mistaken. Overall amazing experience and it was worth the tacos and margaritas but I was in town with family and friends so maybe next time. 10/10
