Devon is really an extremely good worker with the best attitude. Something is not right with the woman called Dana. She seems to want to start an argument. Try avoiding her and you may have a better experience with this Storage company. Unfortunately, sometimes she is the only one at the desk. This woman is not a good worker and has a bad attitude. This is the main reason for only 3 stars.

Can't wait to cancel my contract

Ive been renting fo some time now and i dont understand why i cant use the bathroom..i travel alot when i get there they tell me its out of service or not available

Access code didn't originally work on elevator. Other than that my move - in was good.

Very clean place nice stsff.but they claim to have climate control units. I have been there several times its almost like standing outside. Its cold as a freezerinthere6

Dayna was able to assist with the services I needed and provided solutions to any issues I had. The facility is clean and well lit. This is not accessible 24 hours due to “ security reasons”. Fares may suddenly increase without much of a heads up. Mine were raised before I even had a year of service. It’s okay.

It's not easy for one girl to move stuff in and out. They have this horrible sharp ramp and the carts they have are so thin so when you push things fall off. The place was also broken into recently. My unit and several others trashed

The move was okay. Bathroom is not readily available because it is under lock and key by the front office.

The moved in windows is to high for people to moved in with their regular car.

When Storage Post took over the facility from the prior owners there was concern among we long time tenants. Would they keep the facility up, would they honor our standing rental agreements, etc. I am very pleased to comment that Storage Post remedied all our concerns with a seamless and friendly transition. For every one small operational change there were several facility improvements. Before Storage Post, the dumpster habitually overflowed with discarded furniture, cardboard and wood boxes, food, and household treasures - so much junk. How were they to police the misuse of their dumpster by self-centered movers in-a-hurry? Now, tenants are not welcomed to discard our waste and must take it with us. This small inconvenience measured against a cleaner, vermin free site is an improvement.
