What People are Saying

I had a great experience at Storage Post in Floral Park. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access, which made my move much less stressful. A special thank you to the manager, Erik Lauletta, who went above and beyond to help me. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He answered all my questions, helped me find the right unit, and made the entire process quick and easy. Customer service like this is hard to find. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable storage and great support!?????

I went to the Storage Post in Setauket with my boyfriend to help him grab a few items. We were having difficulty with the latch. Kirill was extremely helpful and resolved the issue for us in no time. I would highly recommend this location.

I'm a little late but have been so busy. However, I did not want to neglect writing my review any longer. I need to let people know how WONDERFUL Storage Post in RVC is. I spoke to Susan and Erin in the reservation center and they were so nice and helpful! I had to go to the office to fill out my paperwork and Jeffrey Gabburt was so professional and delightful and made the experience so smooth. My sister told me she just bought boxes there to help me pack and said the same thing... about how nice Jeffrey is. Five stars for Storage Post and their fantastic employees!!!!

The best decision I ever made. Even though a little situation had happened which was then resolved immediately. So, Thankful for storage post. Will recommend to others.

First, I have to say that even just speaking on the phone, Adrian made me feel completely at home. His professionalism and kindness stood out right away. When I arrived at the location on 9-01-25, I was greeted with a warm welcome and excellent service. Adrian, a very friendly young man , helped me through every step of the process from finding the perfect unit that fit my criteria exactly, to walking me through the paperwork and explaining everything clearly. The facility itself is clean, organized, and very well maintained. Because of Adrian’s outstanding service, I’ll definitely be recommending this company to friends and family. Five stars all the way! I WILL BE BACK!
