Mortimer made my not only terrible move but truly terrible day....not so terrible simply by being a lovely human!! Not only is he a lovely kind soul, he was extremely professional & extremely knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure i got a unit not just on the same floor as my mother's unit but only 3 units away from hers, then went back & forth from office to unit with me multiple times...for my self created issues...which he solved all of. Mortimer deserves a raise or promotion at the very least some acknowledge from upper management for his outstanding professionalism, customer service & all around exceptionally pleasant demeanor. He didn't just do ...his job. He made a very cranky upset customer's bad day a little brighter! I have been a customer for years, the majority of employees there are great but like i said Mortimer is exceptional !!!

The moved in windows is to high for people to moved in with their regular car.

When Storage Post took over the facility from the prior owners there was concern among we long time tenants. Would they keep the facility up, would they honor our standing rental agreements, etc. I am very pleased to comment that Storage Post remedied all our concerns with a seamless and friendly transition. For every one small operational change there were several facility improvements. Before Storage Post, the dumpster habitually overflowed with discarded furniture, cardboard and wood boxes, food, and household treasures - so much junk. How were they to police the misuse of their dumpster by self-centered movers in-a-hurry? Now, tenants are not welcomed to discard our waste and must take it with us. This small inconvenience measured against a cleaner, vermin free site is an improvement.
