I had to rent a smaller unit as well as the large one I've been using as I had someone coming to help me move, organize & find things. My 1st choice was done over the phone & was wrong so I was able to change to a much better choice for my needs w/o any trouble. When I took my lock home to fix leaving my 1st unit unlocked they placed their own lock on it for security. I hadn"t worried as it seemed very well secured there but it was great that they did that. Employees are very pleasant people.

My interaction with Hassan Lashley is commendable. He exhibited professionalism, courtesy & efficiency. Excellent customer service is key to maintaining good business relations & a competitive advantage. Hassan exemplified excellence in customer relations. Friendly staff, clean place. Price reasonable. They offer month to month compared to other places, that require a minimum of 3 months. If you no longer need the place 10 day advance, notice you are moving out...

Very clean place! Gentlemen at front desk was great. Perfect place to store some stuff for a few months during the summer while my son who attends Hofstra University , is home here in NJ. Very reasonable rate! Only $19 a month, cheaper then renting a van to move back in, in the fall
