I walked in and was seeking a unit with a full truck straight off of the highway. Phil was pleasant, knowledgeable, quick and provided excellent customer service and eased my moving anxiety. Price was perfect, building was clean and spacious.

Thank you to Jonathan and Adrian for your amazing customer service. Excellent staff, they deserve a promotion with a raise! I will refer friends and family because the access hours are later than Public Storage, they have a clean bathroom with toilet paper and soap (that’s none existent at Public Storage in Yonkers), working doors for access and most importantly a clean environment. The office smells great! The unit floors are immaculate and units do not have a rodent problem. I just moved from and 10x10 to a 20x10 and I am thrilled with the ease of the transfer. Accommodations for moving are faster because there are actually loading carts accessible for customers to use. Went from a nightmare to a dream! Thank you Jonathan and Adrian! Ohh and very funny guys ??. Keeping the vibe light and cheerful.

I visited the Lawrence, NY location today and had the great pleasure of being assisted by Kimberly. This is about the 3rd time I've interacted with her and the experience was amazing each time. I wish I could give a hundred stars because Kimberly's customer service is far superior to what I've had in past encounters with other places. From day one she explained to me the ins and out of storage since this is my first time using this kind of facility long term. She enthusiastically explained how everything works. One time she called me because my auto-pay was not working properly. She patiently guided me through the process and didn't hang up until everything was corrected. And when I see her in person she is always so courteous and professional. Kimberly makes me feel happy that I chose Storage Post. I will tell all my friends because to use Storage Post. I can't imagine ever using another storage facility. I give Kimberly and her expert customer service a hundred stars. Thank you!!
