The staff, especially Eddie, are extremely helpful and friendly. Clean buildings, perfectly sized units that are all groundlevel so no lugging things up and down in elevators. We live about two blocks from here, and this location was super convenient for us. Tristan and Nakiya were extremely helpful, professional, kind, and informative as we quickly walked in, asked to see the unit sizes, decided on a unit, and finalize a rental within 20 minutes. I can’t recommend them enough. The building is bomb-proof, fire-proof, flood-proof, and very charming. The move-in seems very simple no matter if you have a vehicle or are just bringing boxes by hand. While they are working on updating the elevators, we look forward to much-expanded self-service hours. The police precinct and the fire department are a block away and we feel super secure that our belongings will be safe and secure here. The other options are Uhaul and Self-Storage, which are significantly farther from us, and offer no better service. Ask for Tristan or Nakiya!

The associate at the Garden City location was very helpful and kind throughout the process. Clean facility. Their is ten dollar mandatory insurance fee per month on top of your monthly payment. Wasnt told upfront but still the monthly cost was affordable.
