Intake was great Ian the guy at the front desk he's really took care of me and and hook me up make sure that everything was safe and everything was taken care of as far as my moving I'm excited of everything goes away and treated me we're going to have a long life here thanks

it's clean and the parking bay makes it easy to get to the elevators, they do need more carts cause sometimes there are not enough when it's busy.

I had to rent a smaller unit as well as the large one I've been using as I had someone coming to help me move, organize & find things. My 1st choice was done over the phone & was wrong so I was able to change to a much better choice for my needs w/o any trouble. When I took my lock home to fix leaving my 1st unit unlocked they placed their own lock on it for security. I hadn"t worried as it seemed very well secured there but it was great that they did that. Employees are very pleasant people.
