A great place for your storage needs but their pricing is high every few months; they go up a few dollars more need be.

The space is reasonably priced and seems secure. I moved things in today and was disappointed by the lack of carts large enough to accommodate the pieces I was moving. Also, the elevator closed too quickly for me to get things in. I had to get someone to help.

I've used Storage Post before. Even through the expansion and renovation of their units they had great customer service, please and extended themselves to accommodate the customers. Even as I experienced difficulties they were there. The place is clean and quiet. Their location has had surrounding improvements and it is conveniently located, surrounded by stores and transportation. (One worker even stood in the rain waiting for keys apologizing that they were not open on time. About 11am they opened.) I even argued and became irate about a circumstance but your worker remained calm and relaxed and walked me through the confusion. (I had to apologize and really thank the person) A great team of people working there. Thank you!

is a good place .. nice staff .. i just wish it was open till a little later but other then that is a good place

Have had minor issues in the past with not receiving referral incentive. Staff is usually courteous but should brush up on customer service skills since some remarks previously given have been a bit judgemental. Units always available, bathroom always clean. My only issue is the elevator, took quite a while to go down 4 floors, thought I was going to get stuck.

Out of the way storage space four stars because the freight elevator still requires an assist from the attendant

I like this storage better than the one on zerega. Its Well lit, clean nice atmosphere

Place is ok. Could use some updates
