Durell was the most helpful person! Despite not being able to get the unit because of timing constraints, he helped walk me through the process and tried everything in his power to get me moved in. He heard my concerns and worked with the tools at his disposal. He also followed up to confirm I recieved my refund for the unit since I would not be able to use it. Durell was a bright spot in the week. When people go above and beyond I feel blessed.

I want to say a special thank you to Erik for his kindness and professionalism in not only explaining all the details of my rental but also answering all the questions I had to add. He made this difficult transition for me the easiest it could’ve been and I’m very grateful for his help. The redundancy of having to input your code at every access point is actually a safety measure that I truly appreciate and makes me feel much more at peace about having my stuff stored away from home.
